Exicure leases research space in Sterling Bay's Halsted Facility

Exicure, a Skokie-based biotech company, has signed a lease for space in the Lincoln Park research facility owned by developer Sterling Bay. Exicure plans to rent about 30,000 square feet in the former Stanley Manne Children’s Research Institute building on Halsted Street.
