Governor Names Life Sciences as Key Pillar of Illinois Strategic Plan

iBIO Commends Governor Pritzker and the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) for making life sciences industry one of the key pillars in the state’s 5-year blueprint for jobs. Earlier today Governor Pritzker and Illinois DCEO Director Erin Guthrie announced the release of DCEO’s 5 year plan: A Plan to Revitalize the Illinois Economy and Build the Workforce of the Future. The plan focuses on some of the key challenges outlined in iBIO’s 2019 State of the Industry.
